Overview

The ATE 10 is a single-wheel spring-loaded encoder designed for measuring the length and speed of moving material surfaces. A spring mechanism keeps the wheel in constant contact with the material, converting linear motion into incremental pulses. The 250 mm or 256 mm wheel circumference allows direct length calculation without complex scaling factors. The ATE 20 is the double-wheel variant for applications requiring higher accuracy or redundancy.
