The ACS 100 is a frame type counting sensor designed for reliably counting freely-falling small objects. The transmitter and receiver are integrated into a single housing — no separate alignment is required, making installation straightforward. With a 55×34 mm detection area and a 1 mm minimum detectable object size, it suits high-speed packaging, pharmaceutical, and agricultural counting applications.
