Overview

The MLC 410 is a self-bearing integrated ball system specially engineered for press brakes and bending machines. Its 4-roller bearing system prevents measurement errors caused by vibration. It is compatible with all major press brake CNC controllers including ESA, DELEM, CYBELEC, and STEP.

Purpose-built for press brakes - 4-roller bearing isolation from vibration

IP67 protection - submersion rated, fully dust-tight

Resolution to 5 µm - sub-millimetre precision

±40 µm/m accuracy - consistently precise over long strokes

Compatible with all major CNC systems - ESA, DELEM, CYBELEC, STEP

Strokes from 100 to 4,000 mm - wide range of press brake sizes covered

Nickel-plated aluminium body - corrosion resistant in industrial use
