Ultrasonic Level Sensor — 0.5 to 9 m Range, ±0.2% FS
The ULS Series uses an ultrasonic piezoelectric sensor to measure liquid levels or distances from 0.5 to 9 metres. The non-contact principle requires no float or probe immersion — the sensor mounts above the tank or silo and measures the distance to the liquid surface. Multiple output options including CANopen and RS-485 support integration into industrial monitoring and control systems.
Non-contact ultrasonic measurement — nothing touches the liquid
0.5–9 m range — covers most tank and silo depths
±0.2% FS accuracy — reliable level measurement
4–20 mA / 0–10V / CANopen / RS-485 outputs — all major interfaces covered
IP65 / IP67 protection — suitable for tanks and outdoor silos
For tanks, silos, and open water applications — versatile deployment

Mounting: Mount the sensor above the tank opening pointing downward. Allow a clear acoustic path to the liquid surface — avoid obstructions within the beam cone.
Blind zone: There is a minimum dead-band distance directly below the transducer face (typically 0.5 m); do not fill the tank above this level if measurement is required at the top.
